Our home buying experience is custom crafted so that our clients receive the absolute best service possible. We have outlined our process below so that home buyers know what to expect from our team:

1. SELECT YOUR HOME DESIGN – Work with our on site real estate team to select your lot, floor plan, architectural design, and different upgrade options.

2. CUSTOMIZING YOUR HOME – Use our multiple showrooms to teach and guide you through the process of planning and selecting even the smallest details of your new home – room by room. From countertops and cabinetry to bath fixtures and more, we help you understand and select all of your options, truly customizing your home.

3. SIGN THE CONTRACT – Meet with a new home consultant from Orchard View Homes to finalize contracts, further discuss the building process, and then we submit for the building permit.

4. PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING – Meet your home building team, including your project manager and the on site job superintendent. During this time we will educate you of our home building process and explain the construction schedule, walking you through each step of the build.

5. ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL ROUGH IN MEETING – Once your home is framed, we find it extremely beneficial for the entire team to meet on site to review the electrical and mechanical layout.

6. FINAL HOME ACCEPTANCE – Our goal as your builder is to build amazing houses with superior products that you can enjoy for years to come. One of our services that we provide is our new home walkthrough. This meeting helps our clients understand and operate their new home.

7. HOME WARRANTY – During the buying and construction process and even after you’ve moved into your new home, we are dedicated to serving you. As an Orchard View Homes buyer you can rest assured that we are here for you and will stand behind our work.

Each home comes standard with a one-year warranty. We will schedule a walk-thru with you at month 11 to address any defects or faulty workmanship. All homes come with a two-year warranty on all electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. To help simplify the warranty request process, we have built a communication tool stream lining you communication directly to our service team.
