At Orchard View Homes we pride ourselves on offering an amazing home building experience for every client. In order to achieve those results, we have engineered a home building process that is second to none.

CREATE A PARTNERSHIP 

The first step in our process is a simple discovery meeting or a phone call. Our goal as the builder is to simply get to know the client and understand their home building expectations. The beauty of this process is that we get to truly understand each client and how we can best serve them. We appreciate being asked difficult questions during this time because we want to establish a relationship that is built on trust. We want them to feel comfortable enough to clearly communicate what they are thinking and feeling at all times.

ESTABLISH A BUDGET  

The next step in the process is to understand the budget and financing. So many variables come into play depending on where and what you want to build, so its our goal to help you navigate this step with realistic expectations.

SELECT & PURCHASE THE LAND 

Once you have identified a potential build site it is important that we take the time to do the leg work up front to ensure that the build site is capable of accommodating your dreams.

BUILD A DESIGN TEAM 

This is where Orchard View Homes input becomes even more valuable. With an overall budget in place and the building location selected we can partner with one of our architectural teams to begin the exciting time of designing your dream home.
